Nutritionist

Erica Lombardi holds a degree in Dietetics, an MBA in Sports Law and Management, and is a lecturer at Sanis - School of Nutrition and Integration in Sports. A former runner and Italian junior road running champion, she has collaborated with professional athletes of various disciplines, particularly cyclists, for over ten years. She has served as a dietitian for prestigious teams, competing in all the major competitions: the Giro d'Italia, the Tour de France, and the Vuelta a España.

PERSONALIZED NUTRITION

I've started a collaboration with a nutritionist specializing in sports, particularly cycling, so I can also provide personalized nutritional protocols and meal plans based on each athlete's goals and needs.

To achieve the best performance, because in cycling, nutrition matters!

FOOD HABITS + NUTRITIONAL ADVISE

The basic service is an initial approach to performance-oriented nutrition.

We begin with an assessment of your eating habits by keeping a food diary. We'll then have a physical examination to measure your body composition (BIA and skinfold). We'll then meet with all three of us or have a video call together, after which we'll develop personalized nutritional protocols aimed at achieving your goals!

CONCRETE STEP TO REACH YOUR GOALS

• Food diary

• Visit (BIA and Plicometry)

• Video call together (Athlete, Coach, and Nutritionist)

• Nutritional protocols and pillars of proper nutrition

• Food diary calibration based on personal goals

• 3-day typical day preparation

• Weight check on TP every 7-15 days

PREPARATION AND NUTRITION

Preparation, supported by a personalized nutritional plan based on your scheduled training and goals, takes your performance to the next level!

This is why I believe that nutrition is also essential, both for achieving optimal body composition and for providing the body with all the energy it needs to tackle training and competitions in top condition, thus fully benefiting from the effects of comprehensive physical preparation.

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

The next step, if you want 100% support for your nutrition, is through Nutrition Coaching.

Through this program, you'll have almost daily support from Erica and specific meal plans for each type of workout or typical day.

As with physical preparation and training, this will provide you with step-by-step guidance, along with advice on supplements and other supplements, as well as protocols to always get the most out of your performance!
